Order Processing
Orders are generally processed after payment has been authorized and order details have passed review. Processing times may vary during product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are shown at checkout when available. Shipping charges may depend on destination, order value, package weight, selected service, and carrier availability.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, peak season volume, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our control may affect delivery timing.
International Shipping
For international orders, the customer may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges required by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Ace Pals Golf and may not be included in the product or shipping price unless stated at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information. If you notice an address issue, contact us as soon as possible at info@acepalsgolf.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows a package is delayed, missing, or delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first and then contact us with your order number. We will review the situation and help where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a label is created.
