We want you to be happy with your Ace Pals Golf purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and how refund requests are reviewed.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery unless the item is marked final sale or otherwise excluded. To start a request, email info@acepalsgolf.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request.
Item Condition
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in resalable condition with original tags and packaging where applicable. We may refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, customized products, worn or washed products, damaged products not caused by us, and items missing original tags or packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.
How Refunds Are Issued
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@acepalsgolf.com as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution where applicable.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution.
No Automatic Return Portal
At this time, Ace Pals Golf does not use an automatic return portal. All return, refund, and exchange requests should be sent by email to info@acepalsgolf.com.
