This page explains the practical steps for requesting a return or exchange with Ace Pals Golf. We currently handle requests by email rather than through an automated return system.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@acepalsgolf.com within 30 days after delivery.
  2. Include your order number, email used at checkout, item name, size, and reason for the request.
  3. For damage, defect, or incorrect item claims, include clear photos of the item and packaging.
  4. Wait for our response before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging where applicable. Final sale items, gift cards, customized products, and items that show wear may not be eligible.

Exchange Availability

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size, color, or product is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another available option.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service because we cannot process a return that is not received.

Inspection and Processing

After we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
